Guardian Homeloans has been established since 1971 and specialise in arranging personal loans, mortgages, business and commercial finance and bridging loans in association with a consortium of banks, finance houses and secondary lenders, many of whom are household names. Our products are marketed nationally via press and other mediums together with a growing secondary broker base. Technology is an integral part of our operation and much of the work we do is either online, email or using our own software management programme. We retain old fashioned values and our offices are a calm and friendly environment to work in.

We are seeking positions in our loan and mortgage departments. The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:

  • Highly motivated
  • Good educational standard to
    A level or higher
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent  keyboard & numerical skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Experience within the secured loan/mortgage industry an advantage. 

Both positions are challenging but rewarding. A three month probationary period is required to be worked on a starting salary of £15,750. After three months this rises to £16,540, bonuses up to £200 per month can be achieved and an annual bonus is also paid. After 12 months expected salary including bonuses is anticipated in the region of £19,000. Annual bonuses are not guaranteed. Good holidays. Non smoking office environment.
