Commercial loans are available up to 75% of property value and up to 100% of the purchase price where additional property is available as security. We try hard to say, YES to:
• Business property acquisition / expansion / refinance
• Past/present credit problems
• Self employed without accounts
• Tenanted or vacant properties
• Previous/current bankruptcy or IVA
• Freehold & leasehold (min 55yrs unexpired) properties
Minimum advance is £50,000 with no upper limit.
On some business and commercial loans a fee may be charged between 0% & 5%. Full details will be sent with your loan details.
