Personal loans and mortgages are available to all applicants aged over the age of 21. The loans we arrange are called secured loans where you must be a homeowner (the loan being secured to your property). Secured loans are generally cheaper than other types of loan, often have no upper limit and a degree of tolerance is accepted in the case of a previously poor credit history such as mortgage arrears, court orders etc. Secured loans also welcome self- employed applicants and those applicants who might not be able to fully prove income.

Mortgages are available for remortgage or property purchase. We have some very special plans that will accept all sorts of unusual and difficult problems, so give us a try. If you have been turned down previously for a loan or mortgage we’ll be pleased to consider your enquiry. We’ll also consider mortgages on land, business premises and properties of unusual construction. Mortgages are regulated by the Financial Services Authority and the information we provide will be on a limited range of mortgage products provided by igroup mortgages limited. You will not receive advice or recommendation. You will then be free to make your own informed decision about which mortgage you want.

Your loan or mortgage may be repaid in full at any time, there is no long term commitment. Please ask for details on early repayment. The loan or mortgage papers usually state the terms of early settlement but if you are unsure please contact us.

In some cases we are not paid for arranging your loan or mortgage or the amount we are paid is reduced, under these circumstances a fee may be charged for arranging the loan or mortgage. This fee is only paid on completion and is usually deducted from the advance, we will tell you exactly what the fee will be when you apply and before you make any commitment to proceed. We make NO charge up front for arranging a loan or mortgage and you will never be asked to part with any money except where a mortgage valuation is required.

Once you have made your application you can track it’s progress online. Login to our website and see how your application is getting on, you’ll find up to date information about your loan or mortgage, we’ll tell you what items are still outstanding, when the surveyor may be calling or when your cheque has been released.
